Gelegen in een leuke groen Hofje en aan het water. Vlakbij is een tramhalte. Let op: vooraanmelding is noodzakelijk met de nodige geldige bewijsstukken van inkomen. Alleen voor nette , alleenstaande werkenden / Young Professionals of studenten met garantstelling ouders. Alcohol en roken zijn verboden in huis.
